Vitamin and mineral premixes

This category includes premixes - complex food additives intended to enrich food products with vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, C, A, E, D2, D3, K) and minerals (I, Fe, Zn, Se, Cu, Mn, Cr, Mo).

Premixes can be either vitamin-containing - they contain only vitamins, mineral-containing - mineral substances, or vitamin-mineral - they contain both vitamins and mineral substances.

They can be used in various food industry enterprises, including bakeries, flour mills, and confectionery enterprises.


The GTBlends stick improvers line also includes stick blends with vitamins and minerals included in them. Blends can contain various vitamins and minerals. Fortification with vitamins and minerals is from 10 to 30% (in 100 g of bakery products) of the recommended daily intake.

It is intended for loaves, pan bread, production of rye-wheat bread. Vitamins and minerals in this Blend are represented by a mixture of vitamins B1, B2, B3(PP), B9, D3 and a source of iodine. Enrichment with vitamins and minerals is from 10 to 30% (in 100 g of bakery products) of the recommended daily intake. Dosage: 15...45 g per 100 kg of flour or 1...3 sticks.

It is intended for the production of a wide range of wheat breads and bakery products, toast breads, hamburger buns, etc. Vitamins and minerals in this Blend are represented by a mixture of vitamins B1, B2, B3 (PP), B9, D3 and a source of iodine. Enrichment with vitamins and minerals is from 10 to 30% (in 100 g of bakery products) of the recommended daily intake. Dosage: 15...45 g per 100 kg of flour or 1...3 sticks.
